"This hotel is still one of the best hotels in Guangzhou! I like the windows view for the beautiful river, and the artistic design of the hallways and the center view of "Guxiang Shui" (Hometown Water Fall) view. But I didn't like the always-full sofa sitting area, and the floor services. The best memory gave me was that in the old days of 1980s, here the hotel has staff in the hallway to gard the gates and get everyting in order, such as direct the "Bai-Tan-E" taxi waiting area, and watch out...

"Good location with close proximity to metro and walking distance to malls including Beijing Pedestrian Walkway. Self service laundry is excellent. Slightly surprised to find twin room uses actual single beds which were too small for child to sleep with parent. Room had multiple USB charging points and a multi adapter cable which is thoughtful. They should consider improving their power outlets to use universal sockets to better serve foreign guest. Both breakfast and Wifi were decent enough....
